1. Eligibility.

• You must be a MALAYSIAN who is AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
• You must possess the required academic qualification for your chosen tuition subject and level. If parents request for proof of your academic background, you shall present the Original Academic Certificate by sending photos to us via WhatsApp or email.
• You must be able to teach on your own account as we do not provide any learning or tutoring service. We may however share with you some practices, skills and how-to we acquired throughout the years.

If you fulfilled the above conditions, we welcome you to be a full time / part time tutor with us. However, if you can only provide tuition on a short term basis or for a period less than three months, you are not advised to register as a Tutor with us.

2. Appointment and Relationship.

• By registering yourself as a Tutor with us, you hereby appoint GoHomeTuition to become one of your authorized agents for the provision of matching and introductory services.
• For each successful matching case, we (acting as your agent) will take 50% of the Tuition Fee in First Round of Four-Week Basis as a one-time Commission.
• You agreed that you shall not vary the Tuition Fee as agreed without our written approval. We reserve the right to claim back any payments which were made without our knowledge.

3. Self-Employed.

You are self-employed. You are not our employee and you are not employed under GoHomeTuition. As such we do not provide any payslip. Further, you are responsible for paying your own taxes.

4. Code of Conduct.

You agreed to use your best effort to comply with the following good practice:

• You must use your best effort to protect the interest and reputation of GoHomeTuition in delivering the tutoring sessions.
• You shall avoid cancelling the class without good reasons for example, ill health or accident.
• You should carry out the tuition in a supervised setting with a parent or guardian present. This is especially important where your student is a child below 18 or is of opposite sex. This is to ensure the child safeguarding and at the same time to protect you from unnecessary and undesirable consequences.
• You are responsible for your own safety while travelling to and from the tuition. You are advised to inform your family and give them an idea of your whereabouts. This is especially true when the tutoring session is finishing late at night.
• You must have good teaching attitude and conduct for example, being punctual, not using the mobile phone too frequently, not dosing off when tutoring and so on.
• Tutor shall avoid bullying, beating and scolding students during the class.

5. Data Protection.

GoHomeTuition will collect and process information relating to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Variation.

GoHomeTuition reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
